For larger buildings of up to 10,000m2 and beyond, such as offices, larger shops, hotels, leisure facilities and hospitals, Mitsubishi Electric offers a choice of two Multi split systems. The City-Multi Y Series and City-Multi R2 series can each supply up to sixteen indoor units from a single outdoor unit.

The City-Multi R2 is the first multi split system in the world to offer simultaneous independent control of cooling / heating of each indoor unit connected.
Where external space is becoming a problem the city-multi Y and R2 series can deliver by reducing the number of outdoor units required whilst still providing air conditioning in several areas of a building.
